(“LHP Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides pet sitting, dog walking, pet grooming, home checks, and concierge services in Anthem, Arizona and the surrounding area, through this website and our customer portal at liashomeandpet.com. This policy applies to information we handle in the course of providing those services.
By using our website, booking a service, or creating an account, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Information we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, mailing/service address, and mobile phone number, provided when you request a booking or create an account.
- Service details — information about your pets (names, breeds, ages, medical needs, medications, vet, behavior notes) and your home (gate codes, access instructions, care preferences) that you give us so we can care for them safely.
- Booking & account data — your visit history, schedules, messages with us, visit reports, and account settings.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems; we retain only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Usage data — basic technical information (such as device/browser type and pages visited) collected automatically to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To schedule, perform, and document the services you request.
- To communicate with you about bookings, visits, visit reports, billing, and account matters.
- To process payments and send invoices and receipts.

SMS / text messaging
With your consent, we send text messages related to your service — for example visit confirmations and reminders, “on my way” and visit-complete updates, visit reports, billing and account notices, and replies to messages you send us. You provide consent by giving us your mobile number when you book a visit, create an account, or otherwise opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
MOBILE MESSAGING DISCLOSURES
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity — for example, around your scheduled visits and billing periods.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at [email protected]. After you text STOP, we may send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
