What are your hours?
I’m available 5am–7pm daily. Once you’re a client, you also get 24/7 priority access starting from your second visit — so last-minute and odd-hour needs are covered.
What if my pet needs medication during a visit?
I’m comfortable with oral medications and topicals, and with routine injectables given prior instruction. For anything more involved, walk me through the routine at our meet-and-greet so I follow your vet’s instructions exactly.
Do you do vet visits?
Yes — for established clients, I’m happy to handle vet trips. (A formal vet partnership is something I’m looking to set up down the road.)
What is your cancellation policy?
Established clients can cancel same-day at no charge. For new clients, I ask for 24 hours’ notice. A little heads-up lets me offer the slot to someone on the waitlist.
Do you do a meet-and-greet before the first visit?
Always — a free 30-minute meet-and-greet is required before the first service. Your pets meet me, you share routines and quirks, and I note entry codes and hide-spots. Most families say it’s their favorite part.
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. You’ll get an invoice each service period. No platform fees or booking surcharges — the price you see is what you pay.
